Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept credit / debit card payments and PayPal. All orders are processed by PayPal but you do NOT need to have a PayPal account, just click the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We are currently only taking online orders for shipment within the UK but please call or e-mail us if you have any international requirements.UK Mainland orders up to the value of £30 will be charged £2.50 for delivery. Orders between £30.01 and £99.99 orders will cost £6.50.
If your order value is £100 or more, delivery will be free.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries to UK Mainland addresses will be dispatched within 1-2 working days wherever possible (stock dependent) and shipment will usually take 1-2 days more, so after placing your order, it will normally take between 3 and 5 working days to receive your goods.You must inform us within four working days of delivery if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Your item will be tracked, and a tracking number emailed once goods have been dispatched. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

We use PayPal to process all orders taken through the website.At the end of the checkout process you will be sent to a PayPal page where you can pay using a credit / debit card or use your PayPal account if you have one.
Since you only enter your card details on the PayPal site we do not ever have direct access to this information, we just get a confirmation from PayPal to say the payment was processed properly.

We guarantee your total satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee. This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new, in its original packaging and excludes any postal costs incurred, which are your responsibility. Whatever the reason, if you are not completely satisfied, please write us a note on the back of your invoice and send that and the goods unused back to us, in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.If you are returning the goods because you believe them to be damaged or faulty, please note that we will first inspect the goods and check carefully against all the claims made. Faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or every day wear and tear will not be applicable. In some instances, our inspection may include a consultation with the manufacturer. If we agree that the goods are indeed damaged or faulty we will replace the item or refund your card. Return postage costs will also be reimbursed, up to a maximum of £6.00, if a receipt of postage is included. We recommend returning your goods by Recorded Delivery. We are unable to refund the cost of Special Delivery.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
